Primo's

I ordered delivery from them today and it took about an hour and a half for them to deliver 3 items to me. When I called to ask what was going on the guy hung up on me with no additional information. He was incredibly rude. I don't think he should be working in customer service if he believes that it is ok to hang up on a customer. When the food finally got here I paid in cash and the driver shorted me almost 10$ in change. To top it all off, the food wasn't even that good and definitely wasn't worth 30$. If you are thinking about ordering from this restaurant, I truly believe you should choose another because it is not worth the strife.

I'm not the kind of person who writes reviews but, this restaurant definitely deserves one. Primos Pizza has provided my friends and I with the best service and setting you can ask for. Their service is pleasant and relaxed. The food is served in a friendly and great atmosphere .The staff is very friendly, always understanding what i'm asking for, very patient and helpful. Even though, this restaurant is far away from where I live, it won't stop me from eating there again. It's a DEFINITE go to and very much recommended!!!

Love them! I just started ordering from them for my lunch breaks and they are always so nice and pleasant to speak with! I literally ordered 3 times one week. Wings are BOMB! I even had my customers asking me where I got my wings from because they smelled great, lol. Definitely give them a try. Update: I had to change my 5 stars to 3 unfortunately due to the fact that I tried to place an order for today, 4/8/18 and the person is being rude, sounds rushed and he hung up as I was speaking to him. That order will be staying where it’s at because I will not be picking it up.

This place has the worse customer service I've ever experienced. The food took too long to come to the table and was severely over cooked! The server seemed absolutely occupied on their phone and we had to keep tracking em down to get basic things like silverware, refills for drinks and even the tab! For this place to be so highly recommend I was expecting so much more!! I'm starting to believe these reviews are left by employees or family members bc a lot of them have the same last Names! Do yourself a favor save yourself the time and the headache avoid this place at all cost!!

Really enjoyed the last delivery, it's a shame I'm unfortunate to make any requests of placing orders anytime soon, but because of the last nice employees working with me to deliver my orders in such a politely manner; I'd like to say thank you very much. From Whilden Place. There's no such thing as too much of your products. Although; I only had tried your food once. I would highly recommend tourists etc. To give your franchise the go! Hope you all have a higher and great emerging success!
