Spent 15 minutes queueing then eventually walked out, in frustration, without even having been spoken to. Staff working different sections have little or no work to do, despite a 10 person queue forming, whilst one person has a ~20 sandwich …

Went to subway for my sick mum in hospital and ordered a sub Meal Deal including a cookie which that cookie tasted salty and peppery. Not a good experience and don’t recommend the cookies if that’s the case. Otherwise everything else was fine just the cookie
