Refused order on just eat after paying, have to wait on refund, and they answer the phone just to hang up every time, won't be ordering from them again as the place used to be good

Spent 15 minutes queueing then eventually walked out, in frustration, without even having been spoken to. Staff working different sections have little or no work to do, despite a 10 person queue forming, whilst one person has a ~20 sandwich …

Went to subway for my sick mum in hospital and ordered a sub Meal Deal including a cookie which that cookie tasted salty and peppery. Not a good experience and don’t recommend the cookies if that’s the case. Otherwise everything else was fine just the cookie
