Burger King

This place is not worth the effort. Order a bacon stacker and got the burger with no bacon. Not to mention all my other orders being messed up. The place is filled with punks that back talk you. Say you're wrong. But clearly showed them on my receipt what i order and finally got it. Even when its right it's just bad quality.

Disappointing. I live nearby and pop in occasionally to this turnpike location. Ordered a burger today which was undercooked. Asked if it could be microwaved and was told no but they could cook another. Received the replacement which was microwaved so long the cheese was liquid and you couldn't touch the burger. Childish response. Neither burger was edible.

Alex was very professional, kind, went above and beyond to accommodate my two year’s food order. He was very respectful and his Manager Abdi were both tremendously helpful. I have never experienced such a excellent customer service especially during a pandemic. God bless their customer service skills!! Store number 4MELL is the best location in Maine!!

Arrived 12 minutes to close. The employees told us they couldn't make our order that close to close. They also told the people ahead of us that they couldn't pay cash because of how late it was. in my experience working food service, if someone comes in before closing and I had put away what they ordered I'd be digging it out of the walk in. Apparently closing is whenever the employees decide. We will not patron this BK again.

There's no food or beverage in this building between 9pm-6am. The bathrooms are open for the public but they have no one to maintain them overnight, use at your own risk. The public drinking fountain has been sealed off with a trash bag for your protection. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. I'm not sure about other rest areas in the state but I know this is true for both locations in Gray and Cumberland. This can be incredibly frustrating for people who need to plan their travel accordingly so I hope they update their information to avoid any unnecessary confusion or concerns that claiming to be a 24-hour location has been case for over the past several months.
