Stephen's Pizzeria

Been here a few times now, usually get the personal pizzas, which are amazing and a great deal for the price and amount, though the calzones are also quite nice. They also have some really good wings. Has the feel of a classic American pizza joint, and also they are pretty quick from my past experiences, around 10-15 minutes, I usually just call in my order as I'm headed there for lunch break and I've never had issue yet. Overall just a really nice place, would highly recommend the personal pizzas.

I ordered a pizza online with curbside. I got a notification that it would be ready at 5:00. I arrived at the store at 5 and called the number as instructed. The girl who answered said it would be out in a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes and just went in the store. I had requested curbside because I was not feeling well. I went inside and my pizza was on top of the oven. It was already cooling. By the time I got home only a few miles away it was already cold. I am always in support of small business but this model needs work. I'm not sure if I will return. The single topping was over $20 and for that kind of money would expect better customer service. I understand that things happen but if she would have told me of that long of a delay, I wouldn't have been so aggravated.

I’m seeing a bunch of bad reviews for this place. When this place opened the owners MADE SURE every pizza left with a smiling face. You all need to understand and realize the kids you are raising are the kids you expect to do this work. Kids nowadays nobody instills work ethic into. Really what I’m getting at is this pizzeria is wonderful my dad chose it over Greg’s which we had been eating since I was a child. This place does their best. Raise our youth to work harder and not act smarter than they are. Being attentive is very important to teach your children. Empathy also needs to be instilled in these kids. All in all this is a wonderful place to eat.

Pizza here is great. The service however sucks. Just about every time I order from Stephens, which is about once every 2-3 month, something to do with the service is horrible. If they tell you the wait time is 20-25 minutes, expect double that if not more. One visit I placed an order on the phone, and after being told it was a 20 minute wait I showed up 30 minutes after placing the order, only to be told the order hadn’t been sent back and was still on the iPad order screen. They didn’t even say sorry or apologize in any way, just told me to wait for the pizza to cook. My last visit which happened to be today, I placed an order and was told it would be 20 minutes. Again showing up 30 minutes after I placed the order, I was told it would be a while since the last pizza haven’t even been put in the oven yet. After waiting another 20 minutes , I was told the salad hadn’t been made yet because the person making the salads hadn’t received the order yet, so I had to wait another 10 minutes. None of the waiting would have been a big thing if I didn’t have 3 screaming kids in the truck, and if a simple “I’m sorry” had Been said. But this place hire high school and college kids who do not care about anyones time but themselves. Like I said, the pizza is great, but expect horrible wait times. For how much they charge, you should get what you pay for in service as well, and you definitely do not.
