0/5 stars *only posting here because you can’t submit a real complaint, and manager ignores any real complaints* 100% agree with these other reviews. Do not eat at Goderich subway. Zero food quality control, zero customer service skills. Employees, including manager are rude and unhelpful. Can no longer trust the food that is served from this establishment. After months of receiving stale buns, disgusting cucumbers, mushy tomatoes and employees who make you feel like a bother for coming out and supporting the business, I finally attempted to contact my local subway to complain. Manager was very frustrating to deal with and clearly only cares about saving money than actually producing quality food and assisting customers. New ownership has ruined this subway. Finally today we decided to try subway again…. Attached is a photo of a normal meatball on the left and the OLD?? meatball that was on my boyfriend’s sub. It was hard, and dark brown. It was disgusting and inedible. So we called first to let them know that they should check the rest of the meatballs they have out today before they serve their next patrons and then to get a refund because we could not stomach ourselves to eat our subs. They didn’t seem to care at all that they sent out a bad meatball. And all they will offer is to make you a new sub…. Very disappointed with the new Goderich Subway location. ** in addition… Subway corporate is seemingly impossible to contact.. so when you try to complain you can only complain to the local Goderich manager… therefore they have zero consequences for continuously producing potentially unsafe food. Eat here at your own risk.

Seems to be new owners who are not quite sure how to make a sandwich. The bread was super hard and crunchy like it was sitting out for days. I also had to keep repeating what I wanted. They were rude and unorganized. It was a bad experience and an even worse sub. I like subway but will not return to the Goderich location.
