Worst service ever and was forced to pay for one of my friends drink which she didn’t like …the server was rarely seen …sat their for 1 hour to give our food order and the server was not even responsive she walked past us ten times ..the manager called us silly while explaining we had to pay for the drink and its 16$ champagne that goes into the drink that we had to pay for the drink basically she forced us to pay for the drink food was bad and i asked for chicken and shrimp in my pasta but only got shrimp.because the service was too bad I didn’t even bother to say anything .for sure need some more of that corporate training lack of management. Never seen a restaurant deal with customers like this..but the best part was the manager calling us silly ..and said u guys know its silly to not charge u for that one drink … would never go to a boston pizza in my life i hope how they serve customers and deal with them this franchise is on the way to be bankrupt..good luck boston pizza 🍕paid around 200$ of our money to this unworthy franchise

My girlfriend and I decided to order take out at the Goderich Boston Pizza for Valentines day. I have eaten at this location a handful of times, the food is usually great, however the customer service has varied in the past. Our experience yesterday evening was very disappointing. My girlfriends dinner looked exceptional, however my burger was lukewarm and the quantity of onion rings was a literal joke. Like 4 onion rings - perhaps 3 and a half that were room temperature. I can understand this was on valentines, but considering the price paid - my girlfriend insisted we call and complain. Unfortunately to our surprise we did not receive a response after 3 calls, and considering we had no troubles getting a hold of someone to order we were extremely disappointed.

My girlfriend and I came for dinner and we had an amazing time, we were greeted promptly and seated quickly. Our server was amazing unfortunately I didn't get a name, but it was an genuinely great experience. After ordering we were amazed with not only how quickly we got our food but how good it was. I highly recommend anyone go here on your next dinner out.

Starter came out at the same time as the meal. Entree was charred and flavorless. One entree was missing its side and when this was brought to the waitress' attention, she apologized but still didn't bring it. No offer of refills. Felt like we were being rushed out - still only half done entrees when we were asked if we wanted boxes for takeout. No opportunity to look at desserts. Not likely to go back. Very disappointing.
