Taco Bell

I give this restaurant 4 stars mainly because I was excited to see the classic look on the inside. Brought back memories from childhood. Clean all around and kiosks were available for order due to short staffed shift. I take a star off from 5 for the reason of lack of friendly service and quality of food. I assume it was due to being rushed with orders. So this falls mainly on management and the inability to recruit...

Stingy with sauce. I always come to taco bell on my lunch break and almost always get rung up by Gereald. At first he really hooked me up with the right amount of sauce. I like a lot of hot sauce on my burrito, sue me, and I'm not being accommodated. I go here often like twice or three times a week and spend money often. I find it rude that every time I go I get less and less sauce from Gereald. After him seeing me be a religious costumer it feels pretty bad to see him be more and more stingy every time I come.

This is the worst Taco Bell! Please don’t waste your hard earned money spending it with this awful place. They are rude, I have never gotten my order right. One time they just threw burritos in the bag and got made when I asked for what I ordered. And they never have tea! Ever!! Like they are too lazy to push the button to make some. I will never come here again and will let everyone know not to spend their money here. You will be disappointed!!

The family decided they wanted a quick late evening snack. The total order for everyone visiting consisted of the following: 3 soft tacos, 4 Doritos Locos Tacos, a chicken quesadilla, 2 nacho chips with cheese. So you're probably asking what the problem is. The problem is that the lettuce was brown and wilted on the food, no cheese came with the nachos, and we were provided with not one, not two, but 31 packs of taco sauce. Yes, I said it correct. There were 31 packs of taco sauce. Were the 31 packs of taco sauce supposed to replace the cheese that comes with the nachos? Or were the 31 packs of taco sauce supposed to make us overlook that brown, wilted lettuce? Evidently, this is some sick joke by someone that didn't want to work and/or doesn't care about their job. Furthermore, I called the phone number on the receipt and the phone rang for several minutes and NO ONE even answered. If you don't like your job and don't want to be there, then look for a job that you want to be at and/or like. To be provided this substandard food is ridiculous to say the least. We should be refunded our money in addition to someone replacing this order at no cost to us. Hopefully, someone from corporate or a local district manager will see this and make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Surely, there's no way you can pass your inspection with the local health department. For us, this was money thrown away. To potential passers by, travelers, or people who decided to come to Short Pump rather than shop on their side of town, make sure you skip Taco Bell until this is rectified.
