This location is pathetic. We have 3 times now been there got the 12 bucket meal and paid extra for legs and now each time they have charged us and not provided us with the extra legs. Each time we have called and they told us sorry they were out of legs. So they charged us for a product they didn’t have and didn’t care at all to make it right. They have legally stolen from us and sold us a product they didn’t have. Again pathetic. I worked fast food for years, guess what your job isn’t hard and isn’t demanding. They don’t deserve what they are being paid and don’t deserve to stay in business in Georgetown, KY.

I believe KFC has cut back on their 11secret spices. Ordered an 8 piece family meal original recipe, got to the window, sorry no breast- would I take thighs instead- ok. Got home, the bucket was like 1/2 full, 8 pieces but must have been a very small chicken. The taste is completely different than it used to be. Very bland. The slaw Was bad also. ..,

I bought an 8pc "bucket" of chicken tender for $19. It was just tenders, no sides in a small container. I didn't realize until later that the combos would have been cheaper, but we only wanted the chicken. The girl didn't ask for or add any sauce and we ended up throwing half the tenders because they were rubbery.

Went thru the drive thru ordered two separate orders, they gave me my second order but forgot my first and girl I told it to never came back to give us our food We waited for an additional 25 minutes and I finally went inside to tell them about my missing first order which they forgot about which I had to wait another 10 minutes to get it and still be missing a meal. 🤬 won’t be coming here again.
