Taco Bell

I rarely write reviews but this service was absolutely horrible! I ordered on Door dash 2 burrito supremes and 1 soft taco supreme and sauce. I added photos below but my first order is 3 of those nacho tacos. So I get in my car go to this Taco Bell sit in line because you can't go in. Get to the window and tell the guy that the whole order is wrong and instead of apologizing, tells me he can't take the order back and I just tell him I want the food is it. He tells me get back in line to order so I order the food again. Get all the way home and the order is still wrong (no taco supreme instead a hard shell taco) again with no apologies...photo attached. This place is so incompetent and rude!!

Wish 0 stars was an option. Have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Here’s another to add to that list. Ordered a chicken power bowl because it’s gluten free. They added refried beans instead of the black beans it’s supposed to. Refried beans are not gluten free. They didn’t add any tomatoes, which it’s supposed to have. Just not remotely what it is supposed to be.

They only recieved 3 starts for the excellent service at the window. The drive through Lady was so sweet and nice. I absolutely adored her. But my food came from a warmer not fresh and I asked for extra red sauce on my burrito and it's almost a dry burrito. Get better kitchen workers who actually pay attention.

Very good for a Taco Bell. Only problem is they are not open late enough. I rarely get to visit because most of the time I want Taco Bell they are closed before I get off work. So even though it's on my way home I can't have any because they are already closed. I have only eaten at this location once, though I have driven past wanting Taco Bell approximately 38 times only to realized they are closed already. Would love to eat here more often. Please extend your hours.

Please make sure the GM or whoever manages your google listing sees this. I understand this location is struggling with staff and product shortages. Many times the location has been closed when i come to visit. It would be beneficial to provide updates such as spontaneous closers so that people can be aware and not travel to this location if there are issues happening. The staff works hard and are polite from what i have seen, and its not fair for them to be yelled at by customers for something that is not in their control. Bringing some transparency to the situation and informing the community of closures and things would be beneficial for the workers and community members.

What a joke! This place barely puts meat to cover the bottom of the taco. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. Will definitely avoid this place from now on. Tacos were so skimpy I had to order more just to fill up my 6 year old. Permanently sold it on the Mexican pizza too. This place sucks and deserves zero stars.

My food was ice cold! I literally live 3min from them so there is no reason why it should of been cold if it was fresh like I asked from the beginning. Went back up there to have my food remade and it was worse than the first time. My chicken was outside of my tortilla and one of my tacos weren’t even wrapped. Just terrible. I will never go to them again $15 down the drain for some food that could of easily been mistaken for dog food. This place just needs to shut down. It’s just overall gross 🤮

Ordered on the app and picked up at the drive-thru. They got the order wrong, and when we went into the store to have it corrected they messed it up a second time. We just left. Never coming to this location again. I don’t see how they can screw up an order twice unless they just don’t care. Asked for a taco without lettuce, received a taco with lettuce and added tomatoes. Asked for a 5-layer burrito without beef, they just added beef. Asked for a quesadilla with just the 3-cheese blend, they add chicken and sauce.
