Mcdonald's

This location is by far the worst location mc Donald’s has in the area. Employees are extremely rude all the way up to management. Mess up orders constantly and when they get irritated they mess with your food! Take the extra 10 minutes and go down the road. Oh and also I ordered 2 sandwiches and literally only gave me bread. Sad.

stop Saturday morning at 7:45 for a cup of coffee it took almost 5 minutes return on 4/4/22 at about 12:30 same service it's 5 minutes from my home, & no one there had a good day in the drive through, next time I will drive to the next one and try them I had better & faster service there it's about 20 minutes south of my house (it thought it was based on timing and service, I see count time on drive through walls and windows didn't see a Mgr. it might have took her another 5 minutes 😳 to get to the windows 🪟

Was with my father in law, looking for a lost relative last seen at this location. Drive through (chubby, 40-50 year old "lady") employee was INCREDIBLY out of line. Called us racial slurs (father in law is Native, I'm mixed. She was black.) and told us to leave. I wish I had seen her nametag! Might just drive back all the way from Olympia Fields, and go through again. I'd LOVE to get her racist behind fired!!

i don’t eat from here a lot but out of all the mcdonald’s i have tried from, this one is the best. they food is always cooked top tier. burger be well done. fries be hot and have just enough salt. idk bout these other ones but this one on 5th is always good. the only thing i could complain about is the long wait to order food in drive thru. but my money is well spent on the food. for so many people to talk bad on gary, at least we have good food, so keep it up.

Who is in charge..? I have no idea, I am constantly the target of malicious intent. Everything will be running smoothly here. Somehow they end up hiring abusive people. I am simply disappointed with an older woman teaching younger employees how to disrespect customers, or delivery drivers. She maybe a he and that's ok..but telling me she's the manager and telling her sidekick to say the same. It is not my fault the late night staff has a poor work ethic. I am sorry because there is some really good, nice employees at night there.
