I don't go there often, about once a month, but the food is always fresh and the service is good.

So on 12/13/21 I did an online order I made order around 3 going on 4 order was confirmed as ready at 4:10 which it was not unhappy I waited until they found out what happen to my order. In which a lady older in lobby came up to me saying ur order isn't here u didn't order with us I would've known I would have made sandwiches I'm telling her I did she was a little loud even thought I'm the one that should be upset she gets to the back and realize she remove my online order ticket and didn't even make my order went to the extreme to let let everybody know she wasn't gonna make my order bc she was suppose to been gone at 4 but since her coworker was late 10 mins it isn't her problem so the man had to make my stuff while I was there and as he made my sandwiches the table he used wasn't ready for his shift at all he kept saying how sorry he was bc he had to keep running for things that last shift was suppose to have ready unfortunately everything was nasty all veggies was frozen oh and she realized she was still on the clock while she was doing all that I'm not suppose to be here getting paid to wait for a ride when she should have got that table ready I know somebody looking for a job if u need some new employees really wild she would act like that at her age while the younger staff was nice I threw my sandwich away tooo much mayo he put on accident

No avocado on my sandwich even though I ordered & paid for sliced & smashed avocado. Didn't toast my sandwich as ordered. Received 4 chocolate chip cookies instead of 2 chocolate chip & 2 raspberry cheesecake. They were out of the other flavor, but didn't say anything, just substituted chocolate chip. I was charged for 4 cookies. Very disappointing experience. And overpaid almost $8 for items I didn't get or substitutes I didn't want.

Omg! I went to subway on grant today again just to give them another try. customer service was good but the food was horrible brought a steak sandwich meat was undone lettuce tomato was soggy the bread was ok but they need to put passion into their food I’m surprise they not getting shut down

Service was fast, considering it had gotten a little busy. My sandwiches were made perfectly! I like my food very neat, not sloppy. 😊

I went to Subways today to order a buy one get one free sub. I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order the person at the counter told me they no longer sold one of the sandwiches I purchased. She was extremely rude, because she had a hard time hearing me because of the mask I was wearing. I told her I wanted to cancel online. When I got in the car there was no way I could cancel my order. The charge is pending on my card and I have no food from Subway. I called to speak to the manager but he isn't in. The woman at the counter told me I could come back in and order the sandwiches. Why would I want to order from someone that is rude to me. I want money back. This location will never have to see me again. They need to learn how to handle situations in a professional manner.
