For all the good I had heard about this place, it wasn't any more better than other taco places. Plus my first experience was impacted by their getting the order ahead of mine wrong and arguing with the customer when El Norteno was clearly in the wrong. My total first impression was not a good one - at all.

Cash only! There was a short wait but it was organized. The flavor is not exactly as my youth but close. I enjoyed every delicious bite. Not a bad price either. I got 8 pork tacos for $21.00.

We love this place...we were raised on these Tacos. Anytime we are home in Gary from Ft. Lauderdale it's one of our FIRST stops😁Tacos are still great 50 years later...

The food is good but they close shop whenever they feel like it and half of the time don’t answer their phones.

I love this place!!! Food good, prices are reasonable although they've increased slightly. However still the best prices. Only serve beef & pork. Simply delicious. Whenever I'm in town, I always stop to get my fix.

Very disappointed. Got there at 5:00 and they said they were closing early. Why the door not locked with a sign saying you're closing early. Why not just take my order since I'm here. Smh

Ordered 6 pork tacos last Thursday. The lady behind the counter was very rude . The tacos were a bit bland, and they were scorched. I live in Il, I should of took them back.

The customer service is so bad. There’s a lady that always works the front her attitude is always so bad every time I go their. She never gets the orders right and likes to argue with customers, if you can bypass that the food is good.
