Terrible customer service. If you're going to hire foreigners to service Americans, make sure they can speak English properly. These people are consistently rude, not sure how with all these negative reviews the staff hasn't been replaced. I ordered a slider, and before he pulled the bread out I asked can I add however much I want to it and he said yes. Upon preparing them, he added 2 toppings and told me I could not add any more. Whether this is true or not, I can't help but feel that someone who speaks proper English would have understood the basis of my question before actually preparing my food. Before I was even finalized he had already begun working with the next people in line, as I waited to pay. He took his sweet time returning to the counter, and I can't help but feel that people of lighter skin color get priority here. I wasn't asked If I was staying or going (I was ordering out) and I was handed my food in the wrapper and my juice sat on the counter. When my transaction was finally complete he just walks away without offering me a bag, and I have to ask for one feeling very irritated at this point. Please have these people fired, nobody with that kind of attitude deserves a job anywhere.

Drove out of my way for the $5 sub special they were running. Was told they're not participating after driving 6 miles. Facility is attached to a gas station. Quick access to highway. Not much shopping in the area. There are other fast foods in the area. Banking available in the area with 24-hour machines.

Bad experience here. The people behind the counter were rude. They didn’t want to take a coupon that brought me to the store saying “it’s too late” because they had totaled the order. It’s a simple fix, but they didn’t want to be troubled, I’m sure. They are also very skimpy on all ingredients and when I asked for more spinach, the man said “that’s all you get”. Bottom line is expect less here and “no” being told to you. They need new management. Poor excuse for a subway restaurant.

Terrible. Miserable employees who don't even speak to you at all. My server never said a word to me our whole interaction and the cashier also did not speak. To make thing even worse, I ended up sick after. Pretty sure the food was contaminated. I should have come to Google and looked at these reviews so I would have known better.

I'd rate this place 0 stars if I could. I used to frequent this place during my lunch break. I attempted to pay for my meal and for whatever reason their card machine wouldn't work. He asked three times for me to put my card and snatched the sandwich away. I went to Hale & Hearty's where my card worked with no issue. Oddly enough, even before I got to the register, the guy at the bread station took my order than proceeded to do someone's order that was behind me. Just too many weird experiences and the staff are rude. I won't be returning to this location again.

This place has the worst customer service that I have ever seen... Not my first time here; always terrible. This time, while I was ordering my food, the employees were screaming among them. I was trying to order and the guy was not even looking to me. I will make sure the National Customer service office of subway knows about this. If you can avoid to go there, do it!
