Applebee's

Feeling nostalgic for the 90s? Applebee's is the way to go. Food is decently mundane. I don't mean that in a derogatory way. When you're craving something "neutral", this is the place to go. Generally speaking, any Applebee's is neutral. This location, in particular, appeared to be a local bar for the people on their way home or wherever they will lay their heads. It also seemed to be a good meeting spot to bring your side piece for some apps without fear of being noticed. Or a place to have a going away party for that coworker you really hate. Service was good, attentive, except we had to wait until after our food was served to get our silverware and napkins.

2nd time here, Service at this location is very bad... Don't come if you don't have 2+ hrs to kill. Had the sirloin, it was over cooked and no seasoning, no salt or pepper on the table. Never got the chance to ask for it, server never came back until I was just about done. The salad was brown, and the broccoli had to much pepper on it. Bad experience here today for lunch ☹

Manager is rude!! We ordered a Togo couple of weeks ago and was given the wrong meals. Called and spoke with a young gentleman (very nice) and he knew right away he gave us the wrong bag. Informed me to come by anytime with my receipt and they will make it right and we could get our meal we originally ordered we live 25 mins away so going back then was not a option... so we did that today!! Manager rudely comes out and treats us like we just want free food saying this is not how we do it and walking off talking under his breath.. Well sir, sorry... get with your employees and make sure they understand how you do it!!!! Our waitress Haley B was very nice and friendly along with the other staff. Our bill was still over $30.00

Clean, fast and good service. They should pay their employees more and give them more benefits though, happened to be paying attention while waiting for my food and saw how hard they were working and later when leaving was eaves dropping on a couple employees leaving for their shift speaking about how they wished they had living wages and benefits that could support their families. So for the staff and food I rate 5 stars, for Applebee's taking advantage of people I rage 0 stars. Get with the program Applebee's, you can't be treating people who actually work well and want to work this way.

Good food! Good service from our waiter! 2 things prevent this review from being 5 stars. 1) Bartender was constantly complaining about others and just did not seem happy at all, no smiles. 2) This is out of their control, but a customer was being very loud and obnoxious and made the restaurant environment frustrating.
