Whataburger

We stopped in on our way home from a school field trip to the Frank Buck Zoo. After a long day of being out in the sun and eating a packed lunch Whataburger was a God send! The lady that took our order was very kind and knowledgeable. The woman that took our order set the tone for our visit and it was wonderful. Good ole cheese burger and fries oh can't forget the Dr. Pepper shake!

We believe you can’t go wrong with Whataburger no matter where you are. They have the friendliest employees everywhere we go. Food is very consistent so you know what you will get no matter what state you are in. Don’t forget that they do not freeze their meat but have it fresh delivered. That is why they don’t have Whataburger in every state because they have to have a place to deliver fresh meat nearby. That is what I was told when I asked why they didn’t have them everywhere. But they are working on that because while my daughter was away at University of Alabama they finally opened her hometown Whataburger. Go get a burger!!

Made an curbside pickup at noon. When I got there it said the order wouldn't be ready till 12:25. Went inside to see what the problem and the said they was just finishing my drinks. A few minutes later the came out with 8 drinks a a bag tha had four smaller bags, each having just one sandwich. I told them there should be 8 sandwich and fries. Had to wait for them to complete the order. The food was good but there online service need improvement. You would think by now they would have figured out how to do this.

After a long drive from Alabama, this is the 4th Whataburger we stopped at. The first three either the lobby was closed, no service at the front counter because only three people were working and one store advertised 24hrs but didn't open until 7! The Gainesville Whataburger was EXCELLENT! Fast service, friendly, very clean inside (including restroom) and outside. Only took us a 600 mile trip to find a great Whataburger 2 hrs from our house!
