Great Wraps

Honestly the best place in the Oaks Mall. I eat there every time I go. They just got new ownership, and ever since there has been such an improvement. Their philly cheesesteak is my favorite, it's SO good. Their smoothies are also really good, they use fresh fruit that they prepare every day which is rare to find at most places! They have a lot of healthy food options like rice bowls, salads, and wraps too that are super good. Great prices too. One of my favorite restaurants in Gainesville 😁

The employees didn’t appear to care about their jobs or customers. My husband waited about 15 minutes for our 2 gyro combos (fries and drinks). After he paid, they moved on without ever giving him our drinks (which is fine, the little things just all added up). Then after getting the food, the bag was missing one of the fries. So he went back and got them. 15 minute wait and $20 for the whimpiest gyros we’ve ever eaten! So yeah, nothing terrible, but nothing great either.

First time at this mall today. It’s very nice. My kids and I stopped at the food court. I got something at this wrap place. They were super nice and helpful when I tried to order. Everything tasted fresh. The falafel wrap was very delightful! It had just the right mix of everything. I will definitely eat here again 🤗

I waited literally an hour for 3 smoothies. I watched 3 people orders 12 gyros after me and get them before me. Granted there was only 2 ppl working. But when I asked how much longer the wait, the guy got snippy and was like " I didnt make them bcuz you walked away" .. I walked away after 30 min of standing bcuz i had a whole baby in a carseat In my hands, but I already paid and literally sat down at a table in front of the venue. I dont like how ungroomed the workers were either. The customer service here needs to change!!

Horrible service.. ordered the children chicken fingers and a "super"gyro. What I got was burnt chicken (my son wouldn't eat because they were hard).. then as I go to return, guy gives me an attitude. My gyro, was dry because as the guy was making mine, a line started to form and he just left my food sitting there as he tended to the new customers. Absolutely I will never go back there, employee didn't even seem apologetic. Plain rude and horrible food. I hope this review helps.

Well let me first start off by saying that the food does not match taste for look. It all looks good on the menu but it does not taste good. There customer service is overall what made me hate the visit and overall regret spending my money here. A cashier named Brenda was so rude to me and tried to over charge me and when I said something, she started popping off at the mouth the manager was standing right there and said nor did anything and it was just overall a horrible expeirience. I was discusted that her manager was standing there and did nothing but that would explain why she felt that it was okay to treat a customer like that. I would never spend my money with this company ever again.

First time visiting the mall and first time eating on great wraps,I ordered the gyro bowl and the lady that prepare it,right in front of my eyes she grab a little tiny piece of gyro meat and put it back after having like a 3 or 4 seconds thoughts while holding the tiny slice of gyro meat with the prongs,I told her you could had left it on,she say I like my job,I understand about keeping a job but really?for a 1"x1" piece of gyro meat? Stingy bastardos wasn't like it was a cheap plate,the thing was $8.00 for a little bowl
