The truth is that the ice creams are very tasty. I ordered an apple pie and it was the best in waffle bowls, rich flavors, the apple and the caramel was a delight with the ice cream and the other had a mix of the Founder's favorite brownie and also It was very tasty, the place is simple but its strength is the good ice creams and the variety of mixes 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Just moved into town and have been here now 3 times. 2 times were great. Tonight must have been just too much for the four employees that told us as we walked in, that they were closed… other customers seated looked confused as we did because it was 11:56. Knew what we wanted cash in hand. In-and-out. Now sitting outside of the store at 12:04 all four of aforementioned employees are eating ice cream. Must be nice. Is it just me or 4 Minutes is coincidentally all the time it takes to serve ice cream.

Really rude staff. My boyfriend knocked my ice cream on the ground accidentally and they were really rude about it. I then ordered a second one to replace the dropped one and they were really rude and pushy about me paying for the second one (which we planned on doing anyways, we never asked for free ice cream). Very unfortunate that they care more about money than customer service.

I came here on a Saturday night and WOW was it busy!!! I didn’t realize so many people flocked to coldstone on cold nights but I don’t blame them. I had a birthday special through the rewards program where you get BOGO on any size which i used with my girlfriend. A small, medium, and large are 5.99 , 6.49 and 6.99 respectively which all come with a free mix in if you don’t get a special. She got the cheesecake delight and I got the peanut butter perfection and they were both delicious!!!! If you’re a fan of cheesecake and fruit together, the cheesecake is for you! I love peanut butter as a dessert flavor and loved the peanut butter perfection. Not to mention the staff was super nice and caring despite the seemingly constant Saturday night rush. Definitely recommend this place for ice cream as it’s consistent with any other coldstone i’ve been to, great atmosphere and a good variety of flavors!
