Dunkin'

I recently had a delightful experience at Dunkin' that I just have to share. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere and an even friendlier waiter. Not only did they take my order with a smile, but they also went above and beyond by generously adding extra munchkins to my order – a small gesture that truly made my day. The drinks and bagel bites I ordered were absolutely delicious, hitting the spot and satisfying my cravings. It's evident that Dunkin' takes pride in delivering quality items that keep customers coming back for more. What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The waiter's willingness to provide a little extra something, along with their positive attitude, created a memorable experience that I'll cherish. I left Dunkin' with a smile on my face and a desire to return soon. If you're looking for great food, fantastic drinks, and exceptional service, Dunkin' is the place to be.

We went there for a couple of coffees. Place needs a little of attention. The kids that work there are more concerned about their personal conversations than helping customers. I don't like it when workers are having a side conversation while helping you because most likely they will mess up your order.

Update: Much better recently. Revised with an additional star. Update: For the most part they’ve fixed the issues in the morning. Coffee is usually out on time and consistent. Glad to see things have gotten better. Original review: I used to love them. They had a great staff and were able to keep up with orders in the morning. I’d do mobile ordering to make sure I was in and out which is their signature thing now. I’ve adjusted my time over the months to place my order even earlier but it’s still hit and miss even when ordering 5 minutes prior. Waiting 5-10 minutes additional for a coffee just isn’t acceptable. Sorry guys you need to get it together.

Been here multiple times, has never disappointed. On this particular time it was 9:30 pm and we felt bad for ordering lots of sandwich’s and drinks. but the 2 gentleman on shift were super kind and super welcoming. We were very grateful because the food turned out good. Five stars for AWESOME service!!

This was the best customer service ever at a Dunkin Donuts. The lady who helped us was professional and courteous and patient! I am sorry I don't know her name. She was quick to fill our order, asked what we wanted in our coffees and later asked us how our drinks tasted!!! My Mom is now hooked on DD's apple fritters 😁 they actually are filled with apples. I enjoyed my iced latte.
