Burger King

Been coming to BK for years but stayed off recently due to various reasons but returned today. Unfortunately there was no 2 for$5, I paid almost$14 for 2 whoppers still I was hoping for a warm tasty burger... instead I got charged for pickles and got a cold dry burger. Think I am done with BK for a year or two, was a real dissapointment. Cya BK, will taste test again later... much later.

I am puzzled how the same ingredients in BK everywhere can taste so bad here. I don’t go around putting bad reviews but my aftertaste tells me this must be written to warn others. How do I put it… it is Making a clear statement that it does not want to exist. Frederick has great BK but this isn’t the one.

As a former Burger King employee “not this one” I was highly disappointed in the service of this establishment. I’m a huge fan of the double stacker. First off if your going to charge $12.00 for a small size meal make sure you fill the soda cup all the way to the top! I went through the drive thru and my drink was not filled, soda was spilled all on the lid and sides of the cup. I asked the employee if he could change the lid and fill up the cup politely...He decided he was just going to change the lid and wipe the sides of the cup off and hand it back to me. I asked him again can you fill my cup up to the top? He finally figured it out. I then get all the way home and realize they put cheese on my double stacker when I and the receipt clearly said no cheese. What if I was highly allergic or something? On top of that I got some cold half cooked limp french fries! I drive all the way back and ask to speak to the manager. I explained to her what happened as I described it above and that I still wanted the burger. She said they would make me a fresh order and gave me a new cup to get my own soda. After waiting 15 minutes for them to re do my order the cook slides the burger down with it half wrapped in the paper. The manager had to re wrap it. Something tells me to check it before I leave. Let me tell you I’m glad I did because it was sloppy! They barely put any stacker sauce on it which makes the entire sandwich and the sauce looked old. Again I am a “former employee” I know what old stacker sauce looks like especially when you don’t change it out because they do slap a lid on it and put it in the walk in for the next day. I showed the manager and asked for my money back. I will never come here again and let me tell you this isn’t the first time especially with the cheese on the burger. The cooks can hear and see the order! Yea I should’ve checked but I shouldn’t have too. I try to give y’all the benefit of the doubt and get burned every time or should I say flame broiled...
