Great drive through service and very good coffee. I gave low stars on atmosphere simply because I was in the drive through. Main thing is the plain thing, it is hard to beat a hot black coffee from McDonalds. I like mine straight old school, piping hot and black COFFEE! Whoever thought of putting ice in coffee anyways?

Nothing too special about it, just like a regular McDonald’s. If been here for a long time and takes care of there customers very well. They recently in the past two years or so had remodeled it and made upgrades to the app and everything. It looks really nice! Bathrooms are usually kept clean and kids are always looking forward to toys and happy meals. One thing I would like, just a suggestion is for the cookies to be kept warm and fresh. Last time I ordered them she took the from under the counter, not from the glass case that they were displayed in.

This particular location on Georgia road in the middle of Franklin is good but do not expect any type of decent service from the one buy the hotspot fuel station

Very busy MacDonalds and they handle it well. Never gonna like those ordering screens that try to tell you what you want and upsell constantly. They are frustrating.

Very quick service, food was ready quickly and the updates to the dining room are nice. I used the ordering kiosk for the first time and it was pretty easy. I prefer the face to face contact but I figured I'd try out the kiosk for fun.

Service was fast and accurate despite it being an ungodly hour during my long distance travels. They gave me a lot of lettuce (which was nice and fresh and cold and crisp, surprisingly!) on my mcchicken, which I greatly appreciate, as I feel like most McDonald's really skimp on the greens.
