Really well designed, managed casino with just about anything you could ask for in a casino. If it was any bigger you would swear you were in one of the mega casinos on the Vegas strip. Lots of slot machines, table games, several restaurant and bars plus an events center that hosts entertainment events. Really a great place to spend some time relaxing and having fun with friends

You could have the most comfortable bed and nicest room but if the customer service is poor it makes your whole experience poor! Staff at front desk need more friendlnes! Absolute issue with the carts!! They're only 6 carts for +many rooms! Hotel guests aren't as courteous to others so there should be some rule about keeping in your room!! Or get more carts? After hours of waiting.. the staff were not as helpful. I traveled 3 hours to meet family. Would not stay here again. The host at the cafe, specifically Corina was all smiles 😊 which made the end of our stay great!

Chose this Casino Resort because it was the Midway point on a long road trip. So glad I did! The staff were knowledgeable and made a sincere effort to make sure my stay was satisfactory. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed and a 55-inch TV. The casino has several dining options ranging from deli sandwiches, calzones to a high-end Steakhouse. If you stay make sure to pick up a Player's Club card. It entitles you to $5 in free slot play, discounts at the coffee shop and gas station. Will be definitely coming back on my next trip North.

Was disappointed to discover that the buffet will not be returning. Excellent customer service from all the staff. Slots were paying and everybody seemed to be having a blast. Lots of parking and the gas station on site is always a fair price. I'm looking forward to staying at the hotel for the weekend in the near future.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay at Silverreef Casino Hotel in Ferndale recently for my birthday, July 1. We reserved a 2 Queen bedroom in the North Tower facing the parking lot with a view of a distant lake. The room was nice, clean, big and well decorated with a grey padded head board. I was most impressed with their triple head shower that gave me a nice, warm back massage as I was washing my hair. The shower heads aim at your head, upper and lower back nicely. I really liked the shimmery silver wallpaper of trees which matched the picture of a forest in the bathroom. The color scheme of light grey, silver and pale lemon yellow was soothing. The pillows and bed was very comfortable and the little computer tablet acted as a night light. Overall we were very impressed with our room. We did buy the "Stay and Play" package where we got $30 in slot play, $20 in food vouchers and $10 in match table play. We liked the idea of the deal but did not like that we had to play the same machine once we redeemed our $30 in silver dollars. It would have been better if we could have used the money in any machine we liked it was a bit confusing to use.

We were so happy we could check in early. We didn't have a fridge but they sent one up after we waited an hour. The front desk checked to see if it arrived which was nice but it hadn't. There was people in the lobby waiting for pool towels and I really wanted to go to the pool.We went downstairs to play, came back and I washed my hands with the towel in the picture! It wasn't blood thank God! The next morning I was going to shower and saw the hair on the wall! We live 6 minutes away so don't stay there, this was our 3rd time and we won't stay again. I will pay for a Taxi. Breakfast at the Reef is always fantastic...
