Subway

Yesterday I stop at this location after years not eating here when I discovered that meats, like Subway’s chicken, were filled with soy and mysterious byproducts. I had a few minutes before work and I wanted to get something simple, very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I was waiting in line when the server started helping the person waiting behind, that really frustrate me and I ask her if she acknowledge I was first in line. She apologized yet continued serving the other person. Then I hear a voice coming from the employ at the register saying “it will be best if you leave the store now” so I left and will never come back. I felt sorry for the employ who made the mistake and apologized she did not receive good training she look very confused.

My husband and I took our grandson for lunch today. Both servers that were there were m extremely rude to us! They acted like we were bothering them. When we walked in the female was sweeping the floor, no acknowledgement that we were there. Continued sweeping and then came over and said “What do you want?” The male did not look at us, just glared down as he put the toppings on the sandwiches. We will never come back to this Subway!! I did comment to them how I felt and they both smirked and could care less

I just left very disappointed with the customer service. They made my sandwich and when they cut it, the sandwich fell apart and the meat was all over. I asked to have the sandwich remade and they said it was fine however I would have needed a fork and bowl to eat it. The employee remade the sandwich after rudely throwing it away and huffed and puffed about having to remake it. Once they remade it I thanked them but they just handed me the sandwich and wouldn't look at me. Very immature and terrible customer service. My family and I will not be returning to this location.
