By far the best brunch in Erie. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we always had enough juice for our mimosas. Make sure to bring your own champagne, the peach mimosas were amazing. With multiple courses it was easy to try different things, and every item that was brought out was somehow better than the last. It’s great to see motivated young people bringing some life into the culinary scene in Erie. Eat here, you won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful experience at proof kitchen for brunch about a month ago. Delicious food, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The BYOB mimosa bar was a real treat, I highly reccomend trying the mango!

Joe, Eli, and the entire crew at Proof do an absolutely fabulous job providing a unique, delicious, and perfectly prepared meal in a relaxed environment. If you haven’t had brunch at Proof yet, get there!
