Mcdonald's

Have had several great burgers and hundreds of normal burgers through life, home made and from many restaraunts, including many here and at various other Mcdonalds spots. Today I got a bigmac and a quarter pounder. The big mac was normal. The quarter pounder was the first BAD burger I have ever had. I dont know what they did to it... needed one in a hurry and grabbed it out of the garbage? It had burned sesame seed all over the bottom bun. No biggie, I scraped them all off. But the burger tasted gross. Cant guess why. Ate two more bites than I should have. Had to toss the other half.

I get my breakfast every morning from this location before work and everyday I’m greeted and serviced at the drive-thru by a lady named Jeanette. Jeanette is very bubbly, funny and the nicest person I’ve met on their staff. She really seems like she enjoys her job with McDonald’s I find her to be a very big asset to this location. All in all the food is good. Always fresh and warm when I receive it. I will always frequent your location!

I’m a regular here and what I witnessed today from the male manager was appalling. He was screaming and yelling at employees over wait times. There was maybe four employees working and they had been slammed basically all morning. I shouldn’t be able to hear the entire conversation of yelling around the corner of the lobby and there were customers trying to order at the counter. It’s no wonder they can’t keep staff if that’s how they’re constantly treated. I hope they all walked out today after that.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s I’m always missing some thing...I get breakfast almost every day and probably 4 out of the 5-7 times I get breakfast during the week I order the same thing egg McMuffin meal with o.j right simple I think but for some reason I don’t get a hash brown and I’m not exaggerating in the least bit guys went there two days ago got 2 sausage burritos and paid for two it was a meal with o.j well I got my hash brown that day but only 1 burrito like I feel like I can’t win and p.s the cinnamon rolls are dry, hard and cold ?oh yeah and #thatlocalfundraiser I also donate all the time at these places to it’s just so disappointing when it’s your home place and they can’t never get it right sorry Mickey D’s but got to calls them like I sees them!!!???!!! Well it’s happened again and again lol

The women's bathroom water doesn't turn on at all. Makes me wonder how the staff is washing their hands to prepare food, or the customers that are here to eat and play. Waited to talk to someone and was completely ignored. I can only assume they are short staffed because I am here during school hours, and half of their employees aren't even old enough to drive. Do better.
