A manager by the name of Kenny Pope was very kind while my family was outside in the heat awaiting our order to to be completed. He came outside to make sure we were all ok. He took a moment to offer water and ice since we were told it would be a 15-minute wait for our order. At most places you go, you don't often find excellent customer service like that.

By 5:30 they were out of original recipe for my wings. I had a drumstick original that was good. Whatever they use to cook crispy leaves a filmy taste in my mouth.

Told the lady 4 times..3 biscuits, 2 famous bowls, and one small mac n' cheese. Came home and don't even have my mac n' cheese. Yep. This is why I don't go anymore. Food was good, but that service sucks.

Went here a couple months ago and couldn't finish their southern chicken and their fries are TERRIBLE. Figured I'd try it again and found a deep fried hair wrapped around my chicken this time! Will not eat here again.
