Kfc

I got home to eat my chicken. I was very disappointed. Usually when I go it’s juicy and falls apart. Makes my mouth water. This time the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I had to pull hard to get the meat off the bone. It didn’t taste right. To much black pepper. It didn’t have very much coating. This is the thigh I tried to eat.

I looooooove KFC. The one near my house closed down years ago and I did shed a few grease filled tears. (I ate there WAY too much) Sadly the Eagan location has a pretty limited menu. No hot wings! My chicken flavored kryptonite. I digress, the reason for my trip this time was for their french fries! Oooh baby! If they're fresh they are amazing!!! I think there was a break down in communication and they gave me two large fries. I'm not complaining because I do love a challenge. But that's a lot even for me. The large is a pretty respectful amount, two is a waste of money. I put the extra into my fridge and air fried the leftovers the next day. The fries are so good the second time around I might buy in bulk to do this again. Try it yourself! 375 for 8 - 10 minutes! Yum!

Extremely fast!! Amazing food and nice service. I arrived one minute after open. I was immediately greeted by the woman who took my order. She was kind, though I barely got my order out before she asked "For here or to go?" Still, she didnt come off as rude. I understand she's at work and doesn't have all the time in the world. My order was ready literally in about one minute! Hot, fresh, perfect!! A+++ $5 VERY well spent. I'm in Eagan 2x a week and I think I just found my new lunch spot :)
