Panera Bread

Panera is normally one of my favorite resturants, but after ordering at this location, I won't be returning. Our group soup was 3/4s of the way full, and a majority of it was broth. Only one scoop of noodles and chicken. My partner recived the wrong soup, and we only received 3 bagettes even though we ordered extra. I tried calling the resturant several times only to have the line ring until it hung up. I finally reached out to corporate for a solution. I know that times are hard right now, but when I'm paying so much for food, I expect better.

Appreciate the drive thru at this location! Service was fast but they did forget part of my order and I had to go back:/ From my view, the cleanliness of kitchen could be better. In my picture you can’t even see all of the food on the floor. Not a great visual and it is a tripping/slipping hazard for the staff. Soup was nice and French baguette was slightly over baked.

Hope you're not hungry! We ordered a 4 person chicken noodle soup and man if your family is on a diet these portions are for you! Just not budget diet, cause at 20 bucks I think I would have rather donated to the local food shelf! Pics for proof, split 4 ways it fills a normal cereal bowl about 30 to 40 percent. The soup was 80 percent broth. Panera is know as not too expensive but more pricey then other places around here, I think I'll stick to the other places.

Sometimes it's good, Sometimes it isn't. Just inconsistent. The worry I have is the little attention paid to overall cleaning. Dusty base boards. Darkening bathrooms. Sticky handles. The food is hit or miss depending on who is in charge of caring about it. The employees have never been rude or out of line.
