Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Area is always clean and tidy. My only issue is the taste of the oil for the crinkle fries -- not changed enough?

I order chicken tenders with crinkle fries and a sprite
Chicken tenders- had so much grease on them they were about inedible. And they taste foul
Crinkle fries- extremely greasey as well (so we’re my bfs fries) and extremely uncooked. No salt or pepper, nothing.
Sprite- taste like straight up static water
This place always use to be so good but now that I’ve come back from college they got all these people in there that seem to not know how long to deep fry their tenders and fries.

I've never seen more than 3 cars in line and they take forever. It's not to cook the fries thoroughly because they're always underdone. For about the same amount of time and money for better food go to Bullock's down the street.

Service is slow, they had us pull up after the drive through line and wait another 10 minutes. Chicken tenders and wings are hard as a rock, kids could barely eat them. Don’t run a business if you can’t make fresh food

Great and quick service! Make sure you try the Jalapeno Poppers, they are freaking amazing! The roast beef curtains were smooth and tasty!

My wife has brought home food from here 3 times in the past year. All 3 times my order was wrong or something was forgotten. Most recent was last week. She asked for a large regular roast beef meal. The cashier misheard and put the beef and cheddar (that's slathered in Arby's sauce and topped with onions which I dislike), my wife caught it and and told her 'no, it's the regular roast beef meal'. She grabs the food and comes home. I open it up, and it's a beef and cheddar, and not even a meal. Very irritating, but I wouldn't have said anything if this wasn't the third time in a row it's happened.
