This is my local subway and they are normally good but today my customer experience was exceptional thanks to Chris. He was very courteous, knowledgeable about the product line and also quick! The food was fresh ( and the bread was hot and delicious). Overall 10+ between the food and service. That location is going places especially with employees like Chris.

Terri and Brandy where amazing! I came in ordered 3 subs and was honestly surpise by how fast, professional, and friendly these two where. If i could do more then 5 stars i would. I highly recommend this subway!!

Apparently there's a new manager. Met her today and the vibe was great. Seems like the employees get along, therefore customer service was amazing. Keep up the greatness!

If I can give this store a negative star I would.. my mom ordered a sandwich today for my daughter. My daughter took a bite and through her food back up..only to see molded bread and spoiled Ingredient..

Three stars should be average, and this was definitely below average. The blonde dude with shaggy hair refused to greet me or ask what I wanted. The food was good, but I don’t know if I’ll stop by this subway again. There seems to be a trend on the reviews with this kid.

Food was okay. Guy that was there alone with blonde shaggy hair was very rude , made me feel bad for asking questions. Very uncomfortable eating here. He acted like his job was a problem for everyone I will be calling and reporting this. I felt uncomfortable to the point the guy may harm me very different Character. May want to look into the people yall hire. He was very very rude and unprofessional customer service was horrible. He acted like he was very busy when we literally were only people there.

The worst sandwiches in Denton very gross food is nasty but Custer service is ok it will be along time before I considered go back

Thankfully, they didn't gripe about me not wearing a mask. When I last visited a Subway franchise (the one near University and Malone), I was given much grief because I didn't wear a mask.
