Tim Hortons

This is the best Tim Horton's bar none. The new management and workers are fantastic, fast, friendly and super polite. The new coffee makers are always hot and fresh. The food is way better then I'm used to from before the changes in management. Great job guys. I'll definitely be back. Don't listen to the negative reviews from ex employees that were terminated. Come experience for yourself.

I love this Tim Horton's! Best one around as far as I'm concerned. The staff is friendly, courteous and considerate which goes a long way with me Long story short David and his manager (don't know the managers name) are the best! David makes me laugh and greets me as if I am an old friend. I appreciate the new staff as well...thank you. Go team!

I can’t find one nice thing to say about this place other than one time, they gave me extra napkins without asking. The last few times I’ve gone through the drive-thru have resulted in the following: 1. Cash only. I asked if I could pay using the app. The guy taking orders shouted back “IT IS CASH ONLY!” I just took off. I bet they’re pocketing the money over there. 2. They have a Spring/Summer special that includes $2 iced lattes after 2pm. I pulled to get one about 7pm and the drive thru employee said “we stop making those after 6 o’clock. What? Your special is only valid for 4 hours? 3. Gave this location a third try and of course they do nothing but let everyone down. 80 degree weather day and I tried ordering a iced coffee. Their response, we’re not serving anymore iced drinks today, our machine is down. Understandable that things happen but how do you not have a contingency plan or something. This owner doesn’t read these reviews or anything. He’s cool with just collecting his $ and doesn’t address any of these complaints with his staff. If you do read this however, you’re the lousiest owner/partner/operator in the entire city and the other reviews back up this claim. How did they approve you for a location?

I arrived at 6:30 am and no one was there despite being open. I’ve given this tim hortons multiple chances to redeem themselves, but they aren’t even competent enough to run a drive through. They constantly have long lines that never move. The only time there’s movement is because people give up. I used to tolerate the piss water they call coffee for years but lately I’ve just had enough. Its one thing to serve ice coffee hot, I can accept that but to combine it with awful service? They seriously need to fire their entire staff and start over or turn the location into a Starbucks.

As an avid ice capp drinker, this time hortons has NEVER let me down. Always gets my order correct and it always tastes good here!! The staff is also the nicest out of all the timmies I go to, especially the morning manager (I’d assume) and the rest of the morning crew! same goes for the group of guys who work at night who are always kind and went out of their way to have a nice little convo. fav timmies 😁😁 thank you all!
