Red Rooster

Waited a while for the meal I ordered (no worries, all good), however whilst waiting, staff were quite jovial, having a laugh, playful fighting etc. The young lady brought out our food. Chips were not even warm, the chicken pieces that came with the meal was not even warm. Presentation looked like a stampede going on. For nearly $40 worth of food, and for it to not come out hot, I won’t be going back there.

>orders 3 flayvas >asks for one to be made without sauce and to be marked for easy identification >“they’ll just use pen or maybe a small sticker on the packaging like they usually do, something straight forward and simple” >receives meal >asks worker how sauceless flayva was marked >“the flayvas with sauce have been wrapped in rippa packaging and the one without has been wrapped in flayva packaging” >over complicated but okay time to go home and enjoy flayvas *back at home* >rippa packaging contains rippas (who would’ve thought) >flayva packaging contains flayva but it has sauce 🗿 So nobody got the meal they wanted and now some other family out there is most likely eating flayvas instead of the rippas they ordered. It is astonishing how someone can mess something up this badly and how counter intuitive their approach was to simply marking a package. Hopefully next time we get a worker who is aware of the existence of ballpoint pens and red rooster stickers like what has been used in the past at this same red rooster store to differentiate meals. Now I understand why they put “don’t eat” warnings on dishwasher tablets at Woolworths.

Red rooster please don't change your new chicken omg yummmmmmmm. 100% satisfied with my recent order could not fault anything staff where smiling and happy food range was awesome love the fried chicken, Chips bloody beautiful and decent amount of salt, burgers and rippa rolls where delicious and all at a fair price. Well done to the staff 👏 👍 keep up the good work. Me and my family are definitely coming back.
