Pizza Hut

The worst customer service ever. Never come here again. I order a pizza and then we decide to eat at the restaurant (the restaurant was empty) then the cashier told us we can not seat at the restaurant. That’s was not nice after order and pay. If we new that we don’t buy a pizza there. We go other place to let us seat at the restaurant. Also the cashier was rude... DONT COME HERE!!!

Very disappointing. For one thing, this restaurant is in desperate need of an upgrade. The padding on the seats is all but gone. Tables were not cleaned (restaurant was empty of customers - so no excuse). Ordered cheese breadsticks, got regular breadsticks. Server said, "That is how I put them in. Is that OK?". No it was not OK. Did they take them off the bill? Nope. The pizzas were overcooked and lacking sauce and cheese. On thin crust that is basically toppings on a saltine. Not OK. We have had great pizza from the location in the past, and great service. Something has changed and definitely not for the better.

This is an extremely dirty facility!! Something I never expected from a Pizza Hut! The food was fine, whenever we got it & I had to ASK for utensils to eat my dinner. Plenty of people working, but completely indifferent to the dirty tables & floor. Seems all they were concerned with was the Take-Out business! And especially now with all the talk about illness & taking extra precautions & diligence.........horrible experience.

I've ordered from this store 3 times... refuse to do so anymore. Has been a problem every time. This time I ordered at 9:18 PM Never seen the pizza within the next hr so I called they said my food is on its route let another he go by called back the called me a liar that I never ordered anything the manager dan or Dave or who ever was very rude. Had my sister get on the phone before I lost my cool.. he then told her oh yes it's in the way.. like playing mind games? It is now 12:00 am. I have a receipt with the bill on it and 26$ out of my account.... but no pizza... okkkkk....

It is ALWAYS a pleasurable experience with Zach as my server, or any of the other team members for that matter. Always quick to be seated and served. The food is always fresh and promptly served. I tend to make complicated orders and they always meet my expectations! Great work Cumming Pizza Hut team!

Today was the first time I ever ordered from this place and let me tell you...it will be my last. Long story short...they overcharge me and I call to get it fixed and instead of trying to help me the person on the other end wants to argue with me. Pizza was gross and customer service was horrible. Steer clear people! I'd rather pay More at Marco's pizza that has good customer service and better quality in food than ever order from this Pizza Hut! Ps. I better get my refund back.
