Papa Johns Pizza

Called and placed an order at 10:45pm. The guy on the phone was OVERLY nice. At the time, I responded with kindness because I thought he was super nice….then I got an email with a “Track your order!” And it showed order was canceled. Never showed up. Has COVID bread this new generation to operate like the Idiocracy? Unreal.

Ordered pizza last time. Language barrier on the phone. The guy went to the wrong place. They have been here many times. The lady updated my address wrong. He was very late. And now I tried to order. And language barrier. No one wants to order a pizza if they have to repeat and a clear language barrier. We shouldn’t have to dissect and figure out what someone is saying on the phone. After all. English is our first language. It’s a heavy accent / dialect. And your customers shouldn’t have to deal with it. Gave the business to someone who I understand. Thanks!

I met the love of my life and my now wife through this pizza, I even wrote a poem about my feelings for this specific papa johns When I die Lay me to rest with pepperonis on my eyes So when she cries She can think of the delicious pizza once again Then when all her tears begin to dry There in peace I may lie -Christian young

This is the 4th or 5th time this has happened at this location. I usually don’t complain because I don’t want to be wasteful. If you order pizza at any of the other locations in Atlanta you get a perfect pizza because they are owned by corporate. This is the only locally owned franchise location in Atlanta. How hard is it to put sauce then cheese then meats on top. Missing cheese on 1/3 of your pizza is ridiculous.

One of the worst customer service it took them more then 1 hour and 30 min to deliver pizza it qaz super cold and when i called and said ur pizza was super cold also not cooked and this happend 4th time so employee got super mad and she said ma'am if we are this slow and you dont like our pizza why do u even oder from here ! And she hangup on me !!!
