I went in to buy a sub and I was the only customer. I rang the bell on the counter a young white male exited the bathroom in a subway uniform, didn't acknowledge me, walked past me and went into the back. After waiting an additional 5 mins & re-ringing the bell, I decided to take my money next door to HEB & buy my own cold cuts, sub bread and oil!! Was it a race thing? YES!! Never returning here!! Losing business due to unprofessionalism and lack of class. Hire someone that takes pride in their work!!!

No small cups, no lids for big cups, overflowing trash can, and no paper towels in the bathroom. No chocolate chip cookies and a 4” sandwich instead of a 6” great service today!!!

i’m not sure what kind of training this employee received but they obviously need more, i didn’t want to write a bad review but after the last 3 or 4 visits the same older gentleman that was working the evening shift has messed up every order, even a simple steak and cheese. They have missed items, told me that i didn’t order something after i clearly showed him i did on the receipt. This last time i made an online order and when i arrived to the store for curbside pickup, and used the app to notify that i have arrived. They never brought out our order. After waiting about 10 minutes we went inside we noticed who was working and realized why we waited so long after arriving and never received it while there we also noticed that there weren’t any customers inside they we dealing with.

Never been gaslit by a subway before today. I ordered a oven chicken wrap on my phone and went to pick it up. I ordered the wrap because it was double the chicken of the sandwich. But I got no extra chicken. It was just one plank. And when I complained the employees just kept talking in circles so I'd leave.

Pretty bad experience, didn't even order food. One 1 person on staff (I understand the whole world is short staffed), he made this lady's order and put it in the toaster, so instead of starting the next persons order while her order was toasting (1-2mins) he just stands there and looks at everyone. Then goes to cash her out and hands back her change and starts the next order WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES!

It’s is always painful to walk in and order because there is a new person and they act as if they have had no training . They cut the bread totally messed up , your sandwich is sloppy and messy , you might get one tomato but so much lettuce you can’t taste anything else . when you speak to them it’s like your speaking a another language, they give you a blank stare, like nothing is going on up there . I wish the managers would get it together and make this a subway it should be . This is my second review because it’s that bad .

I ordered a salad for delivery. When I got the salad there was very little lettuce in the container. I had to lift it up and look at the bottom to see the lettuce. I had to use my 30 minute lunch bread to return the salad. I asked for a manager and the girl told me there was not a manager in the store. The girl didn't know how to contact the manager or owner. She did not know the owners name or the name of the franchise. This, to me, means a lazy business owner that has nothing to do with the business. There is no indication on or in the building, nor on the receipt on how or who to contact for customer issues. The survey on the receipt is a joke as is the response you get (I'm sorry that your visit didn't go as planned) (no reply email). The owner and manager should be ashamed of this kind of customer service as should the corporate company.

I’m not usually someone to write a review but I’m really angry. The hours on the app AND the hours on the store say 10 pm. I placed an order at 8:30, went to pick it up and got there at 8:55. When I got there the lights were off and the doors were locked.I want my money back, I tried calling subway support and nothing. I’ve had issues with this location before messing up my order and not doing anything about it.
