Panera Bread

I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food. The service was good. The food has always been good, just pricey. I haven't had Panera for a while so why not. Once received and opened, the apples were browning. Same with the avocado in the sandwich. I'm just disappointed this time around.

Great service each time…I get coffee here most days. The baristas Isabella, Simona and Katherine always have a smile. I’ve been impressed with how patient they are with even difficult customers and orders. Seeing all the regulars is also reassuring. It’s nice to have a go-to place on the way to work you can expect to have a good experience. Thanks!

I payed $8.54 for this portion. My word I hope one day we the people will stand up and not give our hard earned money to these corp companies that raise the price on the food but downsize the portion of everything. Wow please guys stop paying for this. I will not purchase anymore from any Panera. That is the only way for change to happen is if we all face the hardship for change. Same with the gas

I placed an order for curb side pick up an hour before thinking it would be easier for my elderly mother to pick up, when my mother parked at the spot I notified the website she was outside on one of the assigned pick up parking spots. More than 15 minutes went by and no one came with her order, my poor mother had to go inside and ask about her order, the man Behind the counter told her that That order has been Sitting there and no one claimed it, Plus it wasn’t even ready it was missing the drinks. After that my mother Had to wait for her drinks to be delivered to her car. Very disappointed with this location!

This Panera has done nothing but give me the absolute best service! Does not matter if I dine in or even order delivery on uber eats. Everything is cooked to perfection and then some. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers have the best experience. I love all panera bread but this specific Panera is the one I continue ordering from because of their exemplary customer service.

We signed up for the unlimited sip club. Every time we have ordered a drink ahead of time through the app, we would arrive and it would be nowhere to be found. This last time after waiting a good amount of time assuming things were just running behind, we asked an employee who told us, "Oh, we never see those orders in our system."

This place is needs to be clean. As you enter to through side door by drink machine there is food/trash on the floor. The young lady who was working the register had just finished emptying the trash bins. She was very pleasant but she sit the trash in the back and came right out to the register. I ask her to could she please wash her hands and she out right told me No, that she would not be touching anything but the register. Regardless you just finished emptying the trash and you do not wash your hands before you wait on someone. 😳😳😳. That is just not right!
