Subway

If I could give no stars I would. I wouldn't know where to start. They NEVER have a full menu in stock!!! AND I MEAN breads, meats, cheese you name IT, they 95% of the time are OUT. Also, they can not follow simple directions for online orders. Ask them for a cheesesteak sandwich as described on menu, and guess what they think "Italian" means? Italian dressing.... on cheesesteak? DISGUSTING. "Italian" PER THE MENU means the BREAD! HORRIBLE SERVICE, GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY THAN THIS ONE!!

On 1/8/21 we were there to buy two wraps but the sever had on clear gloves doing some cleaning in the back and came t counter with same gloves on with no mask on wearing a hoodie, well we placed our order in spite of and noticed that the sleeve from hoodie went into the meat and veggies...that's when I decided to cancel our order and also decided that we will not return there to buy any more subs or wraps...if they are not practicing hygiene and safety for the customers.

So I have been eating subway for a long time and today I was floored by the man at this subway!!! Stand in line wating for the customer in front of me to complete his order which was an elderly man I over hear what I assume is one of the managers telling one of the food prep gentlemen not to make the sandwich that way. The elderly man says I told him to make it that way, the man that I I assume is the manager continues and says even if that is what they want you do it this way and tell him the step by step way, basically ignoring the old man. BTW he wanted the mayonnaise on the bottom WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. and before you say cross contamination I say wash or wipe the area when complete
