11am on Tuesday 10/20. Staff was polite, professional and efficient. Order was accurate and the Chocolate Frosted donut was the way they should be with a generous amount of frosting. Lobby was clean. I was amused by the staff who were wearing their masks below their noses, especially while preparing food. Not all, but a couple.

While the doughnuts are inferior to Krispy Kreme, and the beverages are inferior to Starbucks, I still enjoy this Dunkin' Doughnuts. My favorite part about it is the windows, which wrap around 270 degrees and let in a lot of natural light. The music is a mixed bag. Nothing terrible, and a few really good songs. I heard 'Africa' by Toto in there once, and that alone pushes this place from 3 to 4 stars for me. The bathroom sink is annoyingly high pressure.

This is the second time that I’ve come to this Dunkin around 6 PM and they tell me that their kitchen is closed down and they’re not making hot food. I asked them tonight when their kitchens typically close. They said sometimes seven sometimes six. It was 6:17 pm when I pulled up. I guess I should stop trying to get a breakfast sandwich for dinner but this is the second Dunkin’ Donuts where this has happened to me. I suspect they just want to close the kitchen early because it’s easier to leave on time if they do. It’s just frustrating.

Horrible attitude from the staff, order two sandwiches and after 10 minutes asked is they we're coming out soon and the rest of the staff didn't even know they were ordered. The lady at the register didn't even bump it into the system and was way to rude.

Pulled up on free coffee day and asked if they had the pumpkin spice donuts. They said they did and then said they were out when I got to the window. They wanted to take the apple cider but I declined. None of the cars in front of me got donuts. I was very disappointed. Especially since at the window she ran my card for the donuts before she said they were out!

I ise to go to dunkin 5 days a week but a few months ago around January all my orders started coming out wrong. I order a simple iced coffee with caramel every time with donuts. My coffee has been wrong 90% of time. There is one girl there who gets it right but the rest dont seem to know how to work their pos. Last time for me.
