Subway

went in today for my lunch break and at first, I liked the store, it was clean and welcoming but then I saw two ladies there and they looked annoyed being there, well anyways, I ordered a six-inch chicken teriyaki with white bread, so they are making my sandwich and I take it to go. my job is two minutes away and when I opened my sandwich, the bread was too hard and the chicken was already cold. I only finished the sandwich out of hunger but I will not come here again. it's the only subway that I’ve had this problem with.

America and Brando are the kindest, it was near closing time and I had a huge order. Although they where already busy with an online order of 5 sandwiches they both greeted us and quickly made sure we had our food. Best customer service. Management needs to appreciate and take care of these hardworking employees. They always go above and beyond when I go to this store.

Customer service Representatives have no customer service skills customer service representative denied restroom use before even asking if I was going to be a customer of the store just assumed that I was only there to use the restroom which made me in return not order anything in the establishment nor use the restroom worst subway I've ever been to would never go here again would never recommend anyone here customer service sucks. Maybe it was because I'm black.
