Buffalo Wild Wings

Don't come here thinking you're gonna catch a decent buzz and grab some food.. Holy Jesus this place is slow slow slow and I can't express this enough they are slow!!! The servers act like they have bricks tied to their feet.. And trust me this has to be the smallest Buffalo Wild Wings in the world.. I recommend you not going to Applebee's either its a disaster as well.. But what I do recommend is a place called Legends if you want great service and good food. It's locally owned and they actually care about their customers. Damn these big corporation food chains.. one and done for me on this Buffalo wild wings..

20 minute wait to be seated even though there were many many tables that were empty. Our server kept passing our empty glasses and not filling them. She would stand in the waitstaff corner or walk around. Half of the empty tables had used dishes on them from previous customers. When the bill was brought to us our server was then apologetic about the wait and cheery expecting a good tip. Wings were great as usual so that's our saving grace :)

Had dinner here tonight with a party of 11 and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I’m not sure if our waitress was new but she seemed very confused. When we finally got our food we were missing a lot of orders of fries that took an extra 20 minutes to get. My son ordered a plain salad and was the last one to get his food. We waited over 30 minutes to get our bill and she had to come over and ask what we had 3 times before the manager finally took over and brought us our bills and we never even got an apology from either of them. We will absolutely not be returning.

They are hurting badly on staff and is effecting them badly.. the waitress was all over the place and running ragged. We were only in the restaurant with about 5 other groups and it took over an hour for food for my husband and I and our two toddlers. The order was completely wrong the first time and when they brought it out again it was still wrong. Not a great experience. I wouldn't take my kids back as it is unpredictable how long everything would take and it would be too much for them.

Our server was nice and attentive but thats about it... the kid that sat us down put us at a table that had crumbs on it which he wiped off with his hand (I had the waiter clean the table) and there was food and trash all under the tables in the section we were in. Fried pickles, half of them were cooked ok but half were only cooked on one side and the other had raw breading. Nachos in our sampler barely had chicken or cheese on them. Burgers were ok. The kicker... our waiter said he'd text us our bill instead of bringing us a bill so we could see what we were being charged for. BWW just is not where it's at anymore ***Edit*** I filled out the FAQ which says I'll receive a response in 3-5 days & I have not received any form of communication whatsoever

The bar tender was a lost cause. Sat 30 minutes just to take food order couldn't keep bills straight giving them to the wrong people and was swearing when talking to customers. And food took a long time to come out. Has been a long time since we have been there and it will be even longer before we go back.
