All I have to say is they got my order correct (which is why the received two stars) but I’m just disappointed because this chicken is redipped and old. Like it’s been sitting for hours and served which is so sad.I couldn’t even eat it. It’s so bad taste and under temperature. If health inspector was there it would be bad. Things happen I know but very disappointed.

Had to wait on Chicken for almost 30min even tho the App said it was ready but that wasn't the problem our Food was wrong I asked for Corn and Coleslaw but recived Mash Potatoes and Coleslaw and a little thing of grave also I didn't have cookie with my meal and I didn't even have any honey for my biscuits and I didn't even mention to them the order was wrong because I was Scared someone might do something to my food I have seen to many times where employees get Mad at the Customer for not doing their Job correctly. We have to do better Please people work to hard for their Money and some of us really don't have it to spend do to Covid19... Thanks In Advance

My wife got take-out tonight. The chicken was small and burnt. It had no taste to it. When she ordered fries she was told it would take 35 minutes. This location closes well before Popeyes, with good reason. Used to love KFC but this location should just close. The 2nd picture is a breast and wing. It was terrible.

This KFC location should be closed...80 in Clinton. I don't even go there anymore do to the staff..the appearance...and the food. All three are not anywhere up to par. It's always dark there after dark...no lights. They have been known to close before time. And the staff rotation is always below subpar. The food is always cold or over/undercooked. I don't understand how...if you don't want to do the job..you shouldn't have taken the job. Someone should pay attention to the customer..in this situation...we are ALL right.

I purchased dinner for my mother and myself the other day and it wasn't up to part. We got the crispy chicken but the skin on it was too thick and hard. With that being said by the crust on being so thick some of the flour mixture wasn't all the way cooked . So those breast ended up going to the garbage. It was at closing time so wasn't no reason to call because they weren't going to answer. I just won't be visiting this location anymore.

I asked for crispy chicken the 10 piece special. I was told it was a wait on the chicken. They said 12 minutes. Ok that was fine. It took like 20 minutes instead. On top of that they gave me original and not crispy. I didn't know until I made it home. The chicken was greasy and the bottom was full of grease. This was my favorite KFC but not anymore. Poor poor service. The employees were even arguing over the headset.
