Subway

I stopped there as I often do but today I was surprised to find that the person working behind the counter making the subs wasn't wearing a mask. I had never seen him there before. He was wearing gloves but since he was continuously waiting on customers without a mask I walked out without ordering. Every time I've been to that location I've gotten good food but each time I go there I find that I don't recognize the people working there.

Worst experience ordered online went to pick up at 4:30 and advised no order but they took the money online. While standing there trying to get help no one knew anything did not know how to look into it. I observed a dirty prep area not cleaned in between orders, did not know what cheeses were what. Messed up on making sub orders. The unhelpful employee called the manager 2 times because i wanted answers but i was told they could not do anything. I ended up walking out finally because they would not help and went to wawa for subs. I will never go into that subway again. Untrained staff, did not want to work and uncleanliness of the store

Ok so last straw deal here. 80% of the time we order from the app and we go there after the time supposed to be ready they haven't even started the order yet. Just about always an item wrong but this time they actually added an item (spinach) which isn't so bad but I don't like it on my sub and no salt and pepper and no oil and vinegar. The cookies are usually a little under done which is fine but this time they were almost burnt. This place is getting more and more disappointing.
