Mcdonald's

Does not even deserve one star. We pulled up to drive through and watched two cars take orders before us. I pulled through because after 7-10 minutes no one was going to take our order. So I went inside to order. Another 37 minutes to get two orders of fries and a chicken nugget bundle. While waiting, I watched the crew flounder around trying to sort out drive through orders, door dash, to-go orders and people ordering from the register. Unreal. Please observe a chick-fi-la operation. Hire a sigma 6 green belt to take a look at process refinement. Anything to do better. You owe yourself that as well as customers.

Came here recently to get a large soda before work. Staff greeted me as expected through the drive through speaker. They were able to fill my order (diet coke with no ice) in a quick and efficient manner. One of the drive through employees was very friendly while doing so. I left this McDonalds satisfied on the whole with the overall experience. Keep in mind - to anyone reading, this is a McDonald's. Don't overthink it.

Their always packed but they always manage to move quickly. Food is it's hot, and especially the French fries. The only complains I have is it's still drive thru instead of inside and the app only allows you to use one coupon a day. Kinda of anyways, once you scan one you have to wait 15mins to use another. .

I ordered an extra crispy chicken sandwich with an extra filet. I received two pieces of bread with a singular filet. There was no dressings, pickles, mayonnaise, or anything else on the sandwich. Just a singular filet. The employee at the receiving window handed me the incorrect order, handed me my food then didn’t say anything else whatsoever. There was also a 10 minute wait at the drive-thru.

This place is trash ! The manager Mario or whatever his name is needs to give his rude employees a lesson in customer service cause these clowns clearly forgot. Their Frappe machine has been down for a week now & when I said something about it the employee at the window started running her mouth to me.The service is always slow. The night shift needs to all be fired they play more than work

When eating had a McDonald’s expectations are already low. But somehow this McDonald’s seems to go above and beyond at being terrible. They shouldn’t have added the second drive through when obviously one is too much to handle for them. 15 minutes in the drive-through with only two other cars and they still manage to mess up my order and be rude.
