Guy at register is a pro. I work near by n might go to Wendy's once a week for lunch, and the guy can remember my name an order that I always get. Plus, he remembers the other guys' order working with me also. Food n drinks always A+. Customer service A++. Guy working the register needs a raise for sure.

Hit or miss with this Wendy's location. I'm keen on my fries and the honey mustard sauce. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh, sometimes not so much. Staff isn't the best in the customer service department. But I can understand due to staff shortage and customers can be a bit much.

Always enjoy a hamburger cheese sandwich...no tomatoes, no onions...with sour cream & chives baked potato, ice tea (half & half) and sometimes a cookie. Their new specialty is a delicious Strawberry Shake. 🍓🥛

No ice for drinks and my original chicken sandwich was not good. Chicken is too thin and over cooked or old.

We come her all the time as the Wendy's by Walmart is completely worse. I have gotten cold fries before but we normally dine in and the staff is more than willing to swap it out. This place does get crowded sometimes but normally they are very quick.

Overall this location is ok. I am specifically leaving a 1 star because of them continually missing 1 simple request the last 3 times I’ve visited here. “Can you please put fresh chicken in the fryer for my order?” It seems that this message is either not delivered to the cooks or the cooks just don’t care. I’ve had stale and dry chicken here numerous times. It is clear that at this location, the customers needs are not a priority. The focus is more on “speed” and “production” versus taking care of the paying customer.
It is also evident that the leadership here at this location is lacking positivity and a good attitude. Seems like the managers are miserable and don’t want to be there (that’s fine if that’s how you feel but don’t let the customer see that). I get it. Fast food - its not the greatest field or job. I’ve worked fast food too. But while you work somewhere, at least try to represent the company in a positive light with a good attitude and smile on your face!”.
The customer service I experienced today was completely unacceptable!!! They were short and dry at the drive through and acted like what I needed did not matter!!!
I will note that the intercom rep who took our order and payment was VERY friendly and professional. Beware of the people at the second window though!
If the owner or district manager is reading this. Please note that the managers here could do a way better job in their customer service skills. I recommend you to either find new people to lead well or retrain the managers at this location.

The staff at this location are crazy rude and hostile. The first window was apparently closed, but rather than take 10 seconds to post a sign in that window letting drivers know to pull forward, the cashier banged a bucket out of the second window to get my attention. Then the manager (a larger guy with long brown hair) actually *waved at me to go away*, like literally shooed me, when I pointed out that they'd forgotten an item in my order.

Stood at the cashier (no line) for about 10 minutes without any one to take my order. They saw me, knew I was there and everything. Not one person came for 10 minutes
