Chuck E. Cheese

Not a lot of options for things to do. Food is good. The older aged staff leave a lot to be desired as far as friendliness and good customer service. I was being helped by a new younger employee and while ordering food, she tried figuring out their computer system the best she could before asking a coworker for help. She was sweet as can be and had no negative attitude whatsoever. When the older woman came to help her, she asked “Did you not learn anything the first 2 times you were shown?”. I couldn’t hold in my disgust so in addition to giving her a nasty look, I told her that was a mean comment to make. She then said she was just joking and they had already shown the girl a couple of times how to do this task. I told her everyone learns at different paces and what she said is not okay. Again, she tried convincing me she was joking. I later told the younger employee that she does not need to let ANYONE disrespect her that way and there are plenty of jobs hiring. She said that this particular person has been repeatedly rude to her. There’s also an older gentleman there, and he’s also very friendly and helpful. He helped the younger girl as well and was helpful instead of belittling. As for the rest, do better.

I was pleasantly surprised at how updated it was. You don't really hear much about Chuck E Cheese much anymore. The manager at the front had a great attitude, genuinely friendly. The person at the door shouldn't be there, she was on her phone the entire time, sometimes startled when someone walked up. The birthday party manager was great, kind. The spill sounded good, but the actions lacked. No one brought ice cream cups, no one directed you to the ticket blaster when time. There just wasn't any "service". When the birthday manager did the contract t she said we will be around to check on yall. No one came except to say 30 minutes the time is up. And legitimately said that in passing. The music was low for the chuck e cheese birthday section. That was disappointing. The pizza was yummy! The decorations were great. Service though.... disappointed.
