I know everything is fresh, but is it worth the price? I give 4 stars because the burgers taste great. I didn't give Five Stars to Five Guys because of how expensive it is. But as long as you're willing to pay $10.39 for a Cheeseburger and $6.69 for a large fry, then you'll get a great tasting meal, albeit for a high price.

When I tell you, Five Guys if a little pricey, they are. It's gonna cost you some money. It's well worth it though. It's not your run oh the mill burger place. They put effort into those burgers and fries. They are soooo good. Great customer service! Excellent!

It is good but Five Guys has become just too expensive! I used to go regularly but decided that it just wasn't worth paying that much for hamburgers when you can go to a number of other seat down meals for less!

It's been a while since I have been to a five guys and they have always been a little pricey but the burgers used to be amazing. And when you ordered fries it was a huge amount of fries that no single person could finnish. Today I went to the Five Guys on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake and spent $69.70 for 3 bacon cheeseburgers 1 little cheeseburger 1 large fry and 4 small drinks. Absolutely not worth it. IMHO the Cookout right down the street is much better and 1/3 the cost. The burgers were not as good as I remember and a large frie was just the cup full not the cup overflowing into the bag like it used to be. For almost $8 I expect to get the bag full of fries like they used to give you. And for $70 I expect alot better food. The employees were very nice and the place was clean but I will not return. To pay that much for fast food is just rediculouse.

Absolutely delicious 😋. The best hamburger you can get at a fast food chain. However it is totally expensive. One bacon cheese hamburger cost me $14.04 with tax. WOW. I didn't taste the fries but I am sure they would be great too.

It's been quite a while since I've been here however a recent stop was exceptionally good. I had a late lunch on this particular day, it was after 3pm and other than the staff and one or two others I pretty much had this place to myself. I ordered a regular Bacon Cheeseburger, which is that double patty monstrosity, along with fries and a drink. They have those cool Coke machines there were you can make your own drink, so I made an Orange Coke. After a short wait my meal was ready and they called my name. As usual it comes in a brown bag with an extra scoop of fries on top. I laid the bag down and ripped it up the center and pulled out my burger. Upon opening it was then that I recalled "regular" here means 2 patties on the burger and "small" means one patty. Oh well, I'll be skipping dinner tonight. The burger was delicious, it was juicy and well dressed with pickles, mustard, tomato, cheese and BACON! That burgers time on earth was short, but eventful. The fries were also good. I like them plain with just a little salt. After finishing I threw out my trash and I refilled my soda and as I was walking out the door someone thanked me for coming in. Excellent experience all around!

While I thoroughly enjoyed the meal I'm just struggling with their prices. It's good but for what I paid I could have had a "sit down meal" that was brought to me.

I’ve never been to a 5 guys that I didn’t like. When you walk in, the place is clean and like any typical 5guys. The staff is welcoming and nice, however the food quality was not on this particular day. I was making my order and I recall another customer coming in requesting to speak with the manager about an undercooked burger they’d received previously. The on duty manager reassured them that all patties sold at this location are always well done. When I got home, I inspected my burger only to find that mr order was wrong (which wasn’t a big deal) but the inside was indeed bright pink and undercooked! I was upset and my appetite disappeared. I took pictures of the burger but I’m not sure how to upload them here. I hate to write a negative review but being that I am not the only one this has occurred to recently, I felt it my duty to do so! Guys get it together! Don’t give 5guys a bad name.
