So good! The place was clean! The aroma of smoked goodness hit my wife and I as soon as we walked in. The brisket and the wings showcased amazing natural smoked flavor! The meats were moist! Even the Mac and cheese and banana pudding had a great authentic flavor. Easy 5 stars! We’ll be back for sure!

Loved the pulled pork and ribs. Mac and cheese and baked apples were good, too! I really wish they had a variety of sauces, since the only one they have is a pretty heavy vinegar-based sauce, and I much prefer a tomato-based, but overall, good food!

Giving 5 stars because all there sides were perfect. The meat was good but could be more tender....will return .staff friendly as can be.visiting from ky. Love my mountains and now I know where to dine.

Was looking for a place to grab lunch between appointments at UVA medical center. Found this place that actually had it's own parking lot (drove through downtown area to get there). Food was excellent, staff was friendly. Great service as well!
