Mcdonald's

For the past 3 times that I have gone to this McDonalds, they forgot a sweet tea. This time they forgot a whole order (a double cheeseburger, small fries, and a large sweet tea). They gave me the sweet tea, but when I noticed they didn’t give me three double cheeseburgers and 3 small fries like I ordered, I let them know. The first cashier told me I was only charged with 2, when I was never given a receipt, and tried to wave me off. A second crew member told me to pull up and handed me a hamburger. When I got home, I saw they didn’t get another one of our orders right. I’m always really understanding and let it go because I don’t want to be THAT person, but I was the only person in the drive thru, they were rude, and didn’t even get the orders they gave us right.

I wanted a quick bite to eat and got a 🍔 quarter pounder combo the food was good and hot, but the size of my drink was small 🤔 wasn't sure if this was the norm; this was the first time here at this McDonald's but, at other McDonald's your regular combo is usually served with a medium or large drink. 🥤🧋. The drive thru service was quick.

The people here at SO RUDE!!! I go here because of my kids. They ALWAYS get my order wrong and when I tell them, THEY act ANNOYED with ME!!! Like I'm the one inconveniencing them somehow!!! I've never seen anything like it before. Maybe it's a racial thing, not sure but I avoid this place like the plague. Is it possible to give zero stars???

My recent experiences at McDonald's in Cary have been awful. Long wait times, employees w/terrible attitudes, messed up orders, getting overcharged & then having to fight to get my money back, franchise customer service people who don't return phone calls...I'm going to take a break & go elsewhere for a while. Maybe they'll get their act together!
