Wendy's

This location consistently goes downhill. The slogan is hot fries and it’s rare that that actually happens from here. And they might as well just bark the word ORDER when you pull up to the speaker because they don’t even greet you nicely anymore. They basically just say the word “Wendy’s” They don’t even “ask” you for your order anymore … it’s not even normal for people to be nice to you when you’re spending your hard earned money anymore.

I ordered two bacon chicken sandwiches through the drive thru and specifically said, Bacon and Cheese only on one and Bacon Cheese and Onion straws only on the other. When I checked them they had Bacon Jam on them. I returned into the store to get them replaced and the "manager" Emily informed me since I did not say NO Bacon Jam I had to pay for two additional sandwiches and then proceeded to tell me that bacon and bacon jam are the same things. The lack of customer service and professionalism was unacceptable. I then proceeded to take my sandwiches that were not the way I ordered them and toss them into the garbage. I am a business owner and I would be livid if that was my store and my customers were being treated like that. Do better people!!!

Sadly I have to agree with the negative reviews. We went by tonight around 8:20pm (apparently they close at 8:30) and the drive-thru had no customers in line. We tried to give our order to a guy who did not seem to know what he was doing, since when I asked him to repeat the order, a lady's voice came on the overcom. I asked for my fries to be crispy and they said it will be an extra 6 minutes, which we said was fine. They asked us to pull up and wait for the order to be brought out. At 8:30 on the dot they a young man brings out our food in a scrunched up bag. The fries were cold and limp and the chicken sandwhich was smushed. I tried to go in and have the order collected but the door was locked. Two of the employees just look at me and walkked away. Doubt I'll ever go back; should have stopped at the Wendy's near Trader Joes.

I ordered the $5 Biggie Bag as I like this with a coupon for a free junior frosty. The hamburger was dry and the chicken nuggets didn’t have a lot of flavor, but the fries were salty and good! The tropical lemonade was worth the extra 50 cents! My frosty was good as well. They have a rewards program now!

Terrible service. Ordered a Frosty and the lady at the window had her back to me the whole time while she was talking to someone else. She handed me the drink without a straw and turned back around. I sat there for 30 seconds trying to get her attention. She could care less. Okay, just a Frosty but why would I ever go back there. If I owned that place I'd be very unhappy and she would be gone. 4pm Oct 25th - followup if your business means anything to you.
