This would be a one star, but I’ve never had a problem with this Dunkin before. They’re pretty quick and always nice. However, today I got a biscuit from there and began eating it, until I found a hair in the sandwich. I also noticed that the bread of the biscuit was moldy. I probably will not be going back to this location.

This place must be run by one of the most inadequate managers in existence. From the top down. We order here a lot, but will not anymore. Something is always missing. Something is always wrong. Undercooked food. Poorly made food. Enough is enough. Hire or train better employees! Definitely don't order door dash either you will get half of the things you paid for.

Let me start with the fact I absolutely love DD, today's visit I was really disappointed. I was in the store to place my order. I was in there for slightly longer than 10 minutes before my order got taken, with only one guy in front of me. Then it took close to 15 minutes to get my order. And when I looked at my order after I left, I was not pleased at all. DD y'all have GOT TO DO BETTER than this. Unacceptable. I was really hungry, so I ate the first one, but this burnt black taste really bad.

On a road trip and looked for some coffee. Stopped in at 8:44pm. Sign said they closed at 9pm. I don’t normally like to go in places when they’re closing but I needed the coffee. The woman saw us get out of the car and reached out and locked the drive through window and the other one locked the side door. I understand it was almost closing but I was under the impression you closed at 9 not 8:45. My husband and I usually choose dunkin over Starbucks but this time Starbucks was eager to help.

I love Dunkin and get it some coffee almost daily. But I’ve got to complain about this location. I use the drive- thru for convenience. I ordered a large iced coffee with double almond milk and 4 Splendas. My usual order. It’s always $4.11. I get to the window and it’s $4.91 , and that’s fine. Everything is going up and I guess it went up since yesterday. That’s not even the problem. I had to sit at the window for another 3 minutes waiting. Still not the problem. When I’m handed my coffee it is still really dark. I ask the girl if she would added some more almond milk because it was still to dark. ( I get this everyday and know what it’s supposed to look like). She says it already got double almond milk. I ask her if she could please add some more. She does but here comes this middle aged man to the window to convince me that that coffee was just like I ordered it. I told him it wasn’t because I get the same thing everyday. Keep in mind that the price has gone up almost a dollar. I get my coffee and it’s still dark and they poured all my ice out. By this time I’m done. I ask her for a straw and she hands me a short one out the window. I have a large coffee that needs a long straw right? Well she tells me if I want a long straw I need to park and come in. Never mind!! Worst customer service ever!

I ordered at the drive thru and the girl taking my order had to ask me to repeat it three times because there was a man screaming somewhere near her (I could hear him through the drive thru microphone) then, when I got up to the window, I saw that it was the owner who was screaming. On top of that, my coffee was burnt tasting and the bagel was so hard as to be inedible. I'll never come here again.

The drive thru worker wasn't very pleasant, felt like she threw my drinks at me, their were two workers at the front counter just leisurely talking instead of helping the girl in drive thru so maybe she was frustrated. Only one of my drinks was right the other was completely wrong. Very upset with the service received
